Meanwhile, Ameachi do pass this, at the end na gospel song he dey sing anytime he no dey jog! Continue! Biodun556: |

ArcSEMPECJ:SMH @ the bolded comment. I thought you were a reasonable fellow. Did he have to permission to 'manage' the beach? He was trespassing on a public property. When the owner of the property came calling, he decided to incite his ethnic people against the owner. That is it. If a piece of land does not belong to you, it does not belong to you. Did anyone ask him to manage it? He was even making money from it. Like I earlier commented, I have no problem with him using the beach front. I would have done the same thing if I owned the property. What I find distasteful was him inciting his fellow tribesmen against the government for taking over a place that wasn't his. The audacity is crazy..... |

ArcSEMPECJ:I don't hate Igbos. I am closer in blood to Igbos that you may ever imagine. Fortunately, I don't deal with people like you in real life. I am beyond comforted that there are Igbos who don't share the same views as you. People that see life from your perspective are the real problem of Obi and the Igbo presidency. You go all about social media putting down other people without recourse to truth. The only truths that you care about are such that make you feel good. If the truth doesn't make you feel good about yourself, it must be because others hate you. How classy can one be? |

[quote author=CoolKizzy post=130225499]Yimu, you destroyed a beach, defaced the landscape, demolished several temporary structures, swimming pools and other facilities, block buildings is not the only thing Landmark has. You were asked severally if you did Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and you said yes. You kept reassuring Nigerians. Who starts. $16B construction without (EIA)? What’s the job of the consultants you paid billions to? In sane climes you’d resign for gross incompetence and malicious damage of not only Landmark, but other investments along that axis that you destroyed… all for nothing. Absolute nothingness. You should not waste that your stupid write up here save it for your future when you need it for interview , Hey wise up and grow old you be kid |

| Re: Umahi Dares Landmark To Publish Land Titles Over Property Demolition Claim by overall90: 4:30am On May 31, 2024 |
Umahi is being clever by half. You destroyed the whole beach for a facility that relies on the beach front for it's business and you are talking about buildings because you you believe Nigerians are dumb to see through your deceit. I don't know why once anyone joins APC,they become demons. |

“At chenet zero to chenet one plus 200 plus one point three kilometres nothing was destroyed. You will get to one point 500, you will see the house of Bolaji. Magnificent house, white house. It is bigger than one of Landmark’s properties. I did everything to save it, I couldn’t save it. He is a Yoruba person,” Umahi said. This news is an indictment of on people.of SE Origin. like seriously, are they the only tribe in Nigeria? Why do they always play the victim card? |

Goodvibes007:What indictment? By comparing private homes with an investment worth millions of dollars. Are there there no Igbo private homes that were destroyed too? Do you realize that the road is not supposed to pass through the route in the first place? Do you know how painful it is that after the destruction, they are going back to the original route. Do you know that the minister lied when he claimed that they have done environmental impact assessment when he was asked before the project was commenced The point is that some of you find it difficult to differentiate right from wrong. The minister knows he messed up but as a typical Nigerian politician, he is bringing up ethnic sentiments because he understands Nigeria very well. So landmark have no right to complain because he is igbo. |

Otamendi99:Let this be a bet, watch the road. We are the masses that suffers when the Elephants fight. Screw the politicians and their insincerity. The functional third mainland, do u know how long it took? The East west road- do you know how long it took? It's a long term project, if ever completed, will be useful. But do you know how many short term projects could have been done with 1/10 of that money that will have massive immediate impact? Keep sentiments aside, don't play to the gallery, think logically. Do u know the number of bridges that will be built around the creek to get this project to fruition? It's abt priorities |

overall90:You are not making sense. Landmark was trespassing on the beach. That beach is a public property. His actual property was never touched. I actually don't see anything wrong in him using the beach. However, the narrative he and his tribesmen put out that he was being persecuted for him being Igbo is horrible. I don't know where he got that sense of entitlement to a place that was never his. Whether Landmark is a business does not matter. Is he not benefitting from the business? Would you allow any business person to tresspass on your property. Besides, he was not the only one affected. In fact, there are other businesses owned by non-Igbos there. |

yommen:Umahi is playing games. Title documents for beach front? It's like this, you own a petrol station along a high way and you and I knows that the only reason why that petrol station is there is because of the road and one day, for an avoidable reason the road is destroyed and when you complain, you are asked to provide title documents for the parts of the road that is destroyed, and they are telling you oh, you can stil do your business after all you can still sell in kegs. |
