COMMON REASONS AND SOLUTIONS

1. Burner Clogs

- Issue: Over time, food particles, grease, or debris can clog the burner ports, restricting the flow of gas and affecting heat distribution.

- Solution: Clean the burner thoroughly using a brush, soap, and water to remove any obstructions. For stubborn debris, use a pin or needle to carefully unclog the ports.

2. Incorrect Burner Size

- Issue: Using a burner that is too small for your cookware can result in uneven heating and longer cooking times.

- Solution: Match the size of your cookware to the right burner size. For example, use small pots and pans on small burners and larger ones on large burners for optimal heat distribution.

3. Low Gas Pressure

- Issue: Insufficient gas pressure from the supply line can lead to weak flames and slower cooking times.

- Solution: Contact your gas provider to check for any issues with the gas pressure. They may need to adjust the regulator or check for leaks in the supply line to ensure proper gas flow.

If burner is okay. Just change the valve. Valve is already loosened

Yes. Just turn anticlockwise. It will remove. Or ask a gas attendant for help. Check the picture below 👇

Can I use CNG gas to cook?

No. Gas Cylinder isn't made to contain CNG. CNG bottle are created specifically for CNG. It burns different from LPG. Lpg is confirmed for cooking gas. Don't try. Thanks

I service my burner by scratching the rust on the burner surface with a Sanpaper and remove the rusts by loosing the burner from the valve and rinse it and wipe with a soft cloth.i also cleanse the valve hole where gas is passing through.

I service my burner by scratching the rust on the burner surface with a Sanpaper and remove the rusts by loosing the burner from the valve and rinse it and wipe with a soft cloth.i also cleanse the valve hole where gas is passing through.
