The crisis is being orchestrated by some persons from that region and the region is greatly being affected by the problem which led to the insecurity, economic crisis and loss of livelihood for some people.

I will keep saying it even if I stand alone. Nigeria military is the crudest military I have ever known, lacks proper intelligence, adequate tactics and dysfunctional rules of engagement.

This method has proven to be ineffective, counter productive and at most incongruent to fight insurgency. This method will alienate the people making army not to have the required intelligence, they need to rely so much on the locals to be able to fish out the perpetrators and need less of this intimidation. Get closer to locals and get info on the heads and mode of operation of this unscrupulous elements causing mayhem but No, they will be showing force while the real culprits will escape to somewhere else and keep creating menace. What NA need now is intelligence to tackle this, no matter the number of army sent to the region, brutalizing people and intimidating them will never solve it rather it will embolden the attackers more. I really don't know why security issues seems like rocket science to Nigeria government. This is simply because they mix it with politics and muddle any evidence that will lead to arrest of the perpetrators.

I feel sad that army personnel's have to die but if we don't devise an effective and efficient tactics, results will always be the same. After all the destructions in Okuama have they apprehended the killers? NO because they are still using crude method, no matter the pain you might caused the locals and the "seemingly perceived" regrets justice will only be done when the perpetrators are brought to book.
