Its best you pull it out and maybe put in a replacement tooth. I once had a hole similar to this and it had to be pulled out, the hole was too wide. that tooth will likely break if they tried to clean it and fill.

Please one of my front teeth doesn't have any hole, it's still strong and firm only when my mouth is warm or hot but the very moment I take in cold water, it becomes pain and even shaking like it wants to pull off. But when my mouth is warm or hot again, it comes back to normal and becomes firm again.
What actually caused it was excess intake of block water.
Any idea what could be the solution?

Take him to a dentist. Depending on the level of decay from their assessment, filling is possible. If not, then it has to be extracted. You don't want to experience the pain of toothache trust me.

I had an extraction of a premolar and a filling done on one of my molars on the right side back in the early 90's, while another molar same position on the left was extracted early 2000.

I've been experiencing a similar thing but it's been sorted out here in London via filling.

A dentist can give better advice after physical examination.

Root canal treatment, depends on how deep the hole is. I did mine at navy hospital in dockyard. V.I Lagos.
They would first do an xray, to see if the infection has gotten too deep, then would them take out all the decayed and infected tissues, put some medicine in it and cover it up for about 2 weeks, some leave if for months, to cure and kill the infection....then you go back and take it all out, the hole is then filled with medicine again, and covered up and permanently filled . Suprising it wasn't painful or expensive....did mine over 2 years and have no issues. I think it's a factor of if the infection has gotten to the nerves or spread too far, that determines if root canal can be done. My girlfriend had 2 if her tooth removed same period in a government hospital in ibadan, and till now I don't understand why.

Yes it can. A procedure called Root Canal Therapy will be carried out. It involves removing the sensitive parts of the tooth (the pulp) and filling it up with a substance called amalgam. After this is done, the enamel will need to be covered with a substance called crown.

I had the procedure done in 2017. It saves the tooth.

I think the best option should be extraction so that whatever is eating that tooth doesn't crawl to the others. I'm Not a medical personnel though

If he isn't up to 12 years, please extract it, it'll definitely grow back. If he's more than 12 years, based on my personal experience, he should still remove it. But moving forward, let him start taking better care of his teeth.
