sulaak:D:angote was not specific... but if D:angote says $30 billion revenue then I assume he is talking about profit after taxation which means the D:angote refinery will pay over $50 billion - $70 billion as tax to the Federal Government.. Nigeria's budget for 2024 is ₦27 Trillion which is around $18 billions.. A company can not make more revenue than the country it is in unless the country signs an evil contract like the one T:otal offered Congo where T:otal gets 63%.. |

Olachase:50k is not 30 billion dollars, brother If I have such amount, I will share a minimum 5 billion among the youths. After all I’m not going to heaven with the money. It’s because we live in a wicked, selfish world that even the suggestion seems outlandish and weird. |

Islie:That's truly impressive. A projected 30 billion USD gross revenue per annum in the FIRST instance from his group of companies! Way more than Nigeria earns from crude oil sales which accounts for over 90 per cent of Nigeria's export revenue. |

Dangote is arguably the biggest singular factor that's wrong with Nigeria at the moment...dude is part of that shadowy clique of extremely evil and greedy 'businessmen' that needs to die off before this nation can start making progress |

RodgersAkpafu:You're correct. The person I quoted did not factor in taxes to the FG. if taxes are factored in that means D:angote refinery will make between $70 billion and $90 billion before taxes by the end of the year. So I expect Nigeria's annual budget to triple to around ₦89 Trillion or more from ₦27 Trillion. |

codemaniacs:This is wrong Revenue. Also known as. EBITDA earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation. is reported gross Also what is corporate tax in Nigeria? 36% So how do you arrive at $70 billion You just did tumbotumbo to come up with some meaningless figure Wherever he makes he keeps 64% so even if he is reporting revenue NET and not gross That means gross revenue of $47 billion Please stop all these fictitious assertions |
