I found this somewhere.

The Labour Act of 2004 is old and doesn't really talk about that.

The more appropriate law I'm aware of is the National Minimum Wage Act of 2019 section 4 which talks about who is exempt from paying minimum wage and it includes employers with fewer than 25 workers, those on commission only and part time workers etc

You can download it and check, it's available online and just about 11 pages.

Nope it doesn’t , my dad is a retired federal worker and his pension is not up to 30,000 current minimum wage . As a matter of fact they just increased it this year to what it is after almost 10 years that it was below 10k

Though he purposely retired early in the 90’s , so I can bold tell you that it doesn’t reflect on pensioner expect maybe they increase it again by few %

The bolded definition is good but it only stands in places where there is a regulation of prices for all commodities, goods and services. But the case is not same in Nigeria.

Though #150K, should be the benchmark for a minimum wage but also let the FG+NLC come up with a template on how such amount typically would be appropriated on basic amenities ranging from foodstuff, transport, toiletries, utility bills, rental savings, etc, etc, ....let it be done first for someone who has no one depending on him so they all know how realistically the amount they would finally agree would be expended typically for someone who would want to live within (h)is/er income.

minimum wage is only basic, Thier so many allowances added to make it Gross salary, some one with 90k basic salary may end with 250k or 300k take home.
