Land lords should try to take things easy with their tenants o, things are hard these days.

Tenants should try to be considerate and pay their rents as soon as possible, most of these land lords depends solely on the proceeds from the rents for survival.

Na mumu dey do house rent business when you can use the same place for hotel or club, and cash out massively on a daily basis.

My first experience turned out to be a terrible one. Silence was what helped me to live with that landlady. Pushed me to the wall for a year and six months. Landlady that uses different keys to access my padlocks. Peruses my privacy whenever I've gone to work.

Got to realise it's her tactics. No tenant ever lived above two years there. Some, just a year and they'll Usain Bolt.

With what I experienced there, it's obvious that landlady killed her husband and inherited his property. Pure witchcraft in human fold. Living with a landlady is not different from living with a troublesome wife. God forbid !

I pay my rent even before it expires. First to pay utility bill. Even pumping of water, if I don't give her money to pump, the compound remains like that. You have to live with a troublesome landlady to get the experience.

My only fault was that I refused dishing out free money to her and also looked away from her sexual advances. Must tenant sleep with landlady ?

It is clearly stated, even from the first paragraph that the tenant and landlord had issues over unpaid rent.
My statement 'e no easy ...' emphasizes the difficulty for tenants to pay their rent when due and also for landlords to extract their money from tenants. I wonder what your problem is as the statement is simple enough to understand even for low IQ persons. And besides, I own you no explanation for this. I am really surprised by your foolishness.
