Theflint1:There are always some people who will vote someone There were many in SS even Bayelsa who voted Buhari over Jonathan but who got the most votes is what matters |

raumdeuter:So does that then mean if you don't win the votes in a particular state it automatically means you're hated? |

We commend the decision of the outgoing administration in phasing out the petrol subsidy regime which has increasingly favoured the rich more than the poor. Subsidy can no longer justify its ever-increasing costs in the wake of drying resources. We shall instead re-channel the funds into better investment in public infrastructure, education, health care and jobs that will materially improve the lives of millions..."

It is visible to the blind and audible to the deaf that Nigeria’s economy does not have the capacity to withstand the shock of removing subsidy and floating the Naira from day one. But sycophancy and blind loyalty will not allow the brightest of minds to see things for what they are . In the words of Yemi Osinbajo: That is why we are where we never thought we were |

Theflint1:The percentage of votes you get will show. If you are getting anything above 30% in a 2 way race that is fair enough, but getting less than 5-10%? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 9:24pm On Jun 05, 2024 |
Theflint1:Shows that more voters in Edo state alone favored Tinubu more than in the entire SE |

raumdeuter:Are you trying to shift goalpost already? The bone of contention is not the amount. It's the fact that he's paying for the same subsidy he said is gone, period. The icing on the cake is now the fact that he's even burning figures no Nigerian president has ever burned in a year. |

Right from the preliminary campaigns Tinubu has always made his supporters look like fooools . He will make an obvious gaffe , his supporters will spend days reconstructing the speech trying to make sense out of balablue and gazelle Gaza ; only for Tinubu’s spokespersons to come out and give a completely different nonsensical interpretation ![]() After he was sworn-in, he will make a policy and his supporters will put in hours of work to rationalize it no matter how ridiculous such policies may be ; only for him to fold and make a U-turn. The latest na fuel subsidy . Mr Heineken of Niger Delta don deny tire say dem no Dey pay subsidy and APC people don swear say that is the gospel truth . Today Tinubu’s minister friend don tell us say dem don tell us how much dem pay for 2023 fuel subsidy and has further projected what they will pay for 2024 . It must really suck trying to defend all of these unforced missteps honestly |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 9:41pm On Jun 05, 2024 |
Ellexy:He has returned and now paying subsidy so he is not deserving of the 3rd term like I said 18months ago |

BlueRayDick:You don't know how much blow this revelation by the finance minister has dealt them. I mean, that's the only thing his praise singers kept drumming in our ears. How Tinubu was bold enough to remove subsidy, something no other president has done. That was why Heineken was ready to die on that hill that subsidy was not being paid. Werey said El rufai should bring evidence ![]() |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ellexy: 9:44pm On Jun 05, 2024 |
raumdeuter:So far what makes him deserve a second term? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 9:46pm On Jun 05, 2024 |
Ellexy:Several things 1. He has to complete the coastal road he started which will take several years |

Itsrm:So in essence, Tinubu's year1 there isn't any notable positive achievement, omoooh |

Itsrm:Heineken will never forgive Wale Edun for this backstabbing 😂. Na El-Rufai dem say make e bring evidence , na Edun answer . Heineken will just bar any of his children from marrying anybody whose surname starts with letter “ E” ![]() |

raumdeuter:Lol, but you're drawing your hatred conclusions based off the results of a three-way race. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Olowunl01: 9:52pm On Jun 05, 2024 |
raumdeuter:Chairman I know better from our back&forth during pre-election than to engage you on Tinubu, like engaging Amoto on Buhari, but Bro I thought the coastal road was a privately funded something, cos if it is got providing the money that's even worse IMHO cos plenty things are more demanding of the scarce funds than a coastal road. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 9:52pm On Jun 05, 2024 |
Theflint1:Less than 10% in a 3 way race is suspicious, Less than 5 % is even more ridiculous |

raumdeuter:How is it different from Atiku? Especially knowing Tinubu got more votes than Atiku in the South East last election. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 9:55pm On Jun 05, 2024 |
Olowunl01:Its probably a combination of public and private Nigeria’s Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved a N1.06 trillion contract for the construction of the first phase of the coastal road from Lagos to eight other states. Works Minister, Dave Umahi, who disclosed this to newsmen on Monday after the Council meeting presided over by President Bola Tinubu at the State House, Abuja, explained that the phase is part the 700 kilometer road spanning nine states and with two spurs leading to the northern states. According to him, FEC approved the fund for the first phase made of the 47.47 kilometers dual carriage way of five lanes on each side and a train track in the middle. He also said that the project will be constructed with concrete. https://www.arise.tv/nigeria-approves-n1-trillion-to-start-construction-of-coastal-road-from-lagos-to-eight-states/ |

raumdeuter:Is it ridiculous or it's a definite proof of hatred? I want to really understand how you came to that your hatred conclusion. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 9:56pm On Jun 05, 2024 |
Theflint1:The bulk of the supposed Atiku votes were consumed by LP already. you can check how th votes were given to Atiku in 2019 |

raumdeuter:Which means they didn't hate Atiku last time around, but this time around they hate him, even more than they hate Tinubu? |
