What happens to the N95m is the consequence of having your funds trapped in a failed bank. Go and ask people who had money in Savannah Bank and Societe Generale Bank not to take you back to the era of ACB et al.

Second, you are entitled to Max of N5m in the first instance going by the NDIC provisions. You may be able to get more if the bank recovers substantial amount from loan recovery.

What happens to the N95M is the consequences of having your funds trapped in a failed bank Go and ask people who had their money in Savannah Bank and Societe Generale Bank not to talk of the ACBs of the years past.

Second,.you are entitled to a Max of N5m according to the law that established NDIC. You may get more if the bank succedes in it's loan recovery efforts.

Whoever tells you a lot of the money is recoverable is not telling you the truth. I am speaking from an informed position.

It is far easier for a bank to recover consumer loan advanced to a poor man than to recover an humongous amount advanced to a big man.

I stopped banking with all this cockroach banks since 2022, one useless micro finance bank that call themselves rain for hervest really do me shege back then, I lost 250k and one of my friend lost almost 500k, up till today nobody knows the whereabout of the bank owner, we have accepted our lost and moved on. The only bank am using presently is first bank and I will never make mistake of having more than 100k in my bank account, even if I have 200 million naira today, I will use it to buy goods for hoarding purpose, banks can not be using my money for business and be debiting any time they like.
