If the person is operating pumping machine, the person will also be opening gates too and will also be asked to go and get fuel. You forgot to add all those ones . Yet, you offer a trashy pay.

I have said it severally. All these kind jobs that pay meager salaries should be on part time basis. If that's what you can pay, you don't have to keep him/ her at the work perpetually. It is a way of keeping people in perpetual poverty. It is wickedness!
Why can't you let him or her have a time to come: sweep, pump water and all that. Then let him go on his way for other hustles. All the ' new phone, good apartment' na wash. To hell with your so called 'nice apartment'!

Who told you that it is a nice apartment? It will only be a place for the poor employee to pay his/her head. The phone is just for the landlord to be able to reach the person. Useless job!
