■ Like you said, apostle Paul could not have been perfect since he also human like everyone else but then, even if truly he made trivial omissions, why escalate them as an avenue to attack the word of God and tarnish the image of God’s apostle? We’ve seen apostle Peter commit blunders but that doesn’t matter. He’s human and most important thing is, he’s God’s saint and he lived right with God, got the gospel right, did the work God gave to him and God has nothing against him and so no one goes about creating threads to attack him. If apostle Paul said some things which are not wrong but in your opinion you think they’re wrong, that’s fine but that doesn’t mean you turn such trivial issue to an avenue for creating endless threads to attacking God’s apostle or escalate it to an avenue to debase the Word of God.
Stop rambling! Paul made a lot of mistakes in his letters. Those mistakes have absolutely nothing to do with God
▶ who never called on you or any man to follow Paul or any other man
▶ and who never called on any man to follow the teachings and commandments of any man, including Paul, in His name.

■I may have had reasons to like some of .... post in the past regarding prayer and fasting but when it comes to the word of God, it’s obvious he still needs to learn a lot before making himself a teacher.
One issue is, some people got some power through prayer and because of this, they think automatically they now know the word too. Such people who forcefully make themselves teachers of the word and they start falling into big heresies which eventually impact their ministry negatively.
If prayer is you calling, then stick to that but if you necessarily want to teach God’s word, then ask for wisdom and take time to study to get the truths.
Even your prayer(public incantation rituals) and fasting(starvation diet) rituals have nothing to do with the God of Israel and absolutely nothing to do with Jesus Christ. lipsrsealed

I’ve been able to see this moniker several times and also like some of his threads. Until recently when I saw different heretic teachings and attack on God’s word from this same moniker.
Do you attend the same church with him?
If not then you should know that since you're not attending the same church there will be some teachings and doctrines that will surely contradict what you were taught in your own church in fact that's what gave birth to countless religions all claiming Christians with contradicting teachings and conflicting doctrines.

So whatever sounds heretic to you in his posts is truth to him while yours which doesn't go in tune with his are also heretic to him! smiley

See how you quicker jumped on a thread calling out jesusjnr despite telling people Jesus doesn't exist and trying to convert Christians to atheists even though you often try to imitate him by quoting the teachings of Jesus. Are you suggesting that you were specifically sent here to make a mockery of the teachings of Jesus which he hold dearly and teaches as the Word of God because of the unprecedented threat it poses to the works of the devil even though ignorant and spiritually blind christians as the Op can't comprehend it?

You must be speaking to yourself because for someone to be quoting Jesus all about just as jesusjnr does yet at the same time, be denying the fact that He existed and trying to convert Christians to atheism is confusion or perhaps a clever tactic.

Fundamental truths are not subjected to individual opinion.
If there are such fundamental truths then why different religions claiming Christians? undecided

∆ Alright. God knows what he was doing when he called Paul instead of a confused person like you. Write your own bible to save yourself since you claim it is full of mistakes.
I'd taken some important time out of my busy schedule to create this thread not to engage a random, bipolar person who exhibits random behaviors online. I created this for jesusjnr2020 because at least so far, we know where he stands and we can take him serious unless he proves otherwise.
Again, God never asked any man to follow paul of the teachings of Paul. God was explicit when He instead commanded all His people to trust and obey Only Jesus Christ. He even bellowed this from the Heavens on more than one occasion. Jesus Christ made abundantly clear to His followers that those of them who love Him are those among them who would submit to and obey His teachings and commandments. undecided

Your following of teachings and commandments of the man Paul has absolutely nothing to do with God of Jesus Christ. undecided

■ Why you keep talking obey only Jesus Christ? Didn't everyone get to know Jesus Christ first, through these apostles? Didn't the world get to hear what Jesus said while on earth when we heard from the apostles? What you talking about?
God sent Jesus, Jesus sent the apostles and the apostles revealed him to the rest of the world, wasn't that the sequence?
The apostles preached Jesus not themselves, they gave the teachings of Jesus not teaching about themselves. Isn't that what it is?
So, why try to separate Jesus Christ from His apostles He directly delegated by Himself to tell the world what He told them? Did the apostles teach anything different from Jesus Christ?
Pay close attention!!! undecided

▶ God never asked any man to follow Paul of the teachings of Paul.
▶ God was explicit when He instead commanded all His people to trust and obey Only Jesus Christ. God even bellowed this from the Heavens on more than one occasion.
▶ Jesus Christ made abundantly clear to His followers that those of them who love Him are those among them who would submit to and obey only His teachings and commandments.
▶ Jesus Christ separated Himself from everyone else when He declared that in His Kingdom, He alone is Master, Teacher, Head, Authority, Good Shepherd, Counselor, etc., over everyone who belongs to Him.

You, following the apostles because, according to you, you supposedly came to know Jesus Christ through them has nothing to do with Jesus Christ but your deceit. You raising the apostles as gods over your life has nothing to do with Jesus Christ. You elevating the ideas and opinions of the apostles above that of Jesus Christ has absolutely everything to do with being against God and Jesus Christ who commanded the opposite of His followers. undecided

■ You're confused. The apostles told us about Jesus and what they told us was to believe in Jesus, they didn't tell anyone to believe in them. Jesus said He is the way, the apostles told us Jesus is the way and that we should follow Him.
Or do you mean apostle were wrong to tell us Jesus is the way? That's their opinion? Perhaps you want them to tell us that Jesus is not the way and that we should worship them and not Jesus? What are you talking about?
Many of the contents of his letters of Paul are merely opinions of Paul, something which Paul himself made those, in fact, paying attention aware. You quoting Paul in the name of Jesus Christ is against Jesus Christ who instead told His followers to teach people to obey only that which He has taught and commanded of them. undecided
The mandate given by Jesus Christ is simply expressed.
▶ So go and make followers of all people in the world. Baptize them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach them to obey everything that I have told you to do(the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ) . You can be sure that I will be with you always. I will continue with you until the end of time.” - Matthew 28 vs 19-21
▶ He said to them, “Go everywhere in the world. Tell the Good News(the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ) to everyone. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved. But those who do not believe will be judged guilty. And the people who believe will be able to do these things as proof: They will use my name to force demons out of people. They will speak in languages they never learned. If they pick up snakes or drink any poison, they will not be hurt. They will lay their hands on sick people, and they will get well.” - Mark 16 vs 15 - 19
▶ When Jesus helped the followers understand these Scriptures about him. Jesus said to them, “It is written that the Messiah would be killed and rise from death on the third day. You saw these things happen—you are witnesses. You must go and tell people that they must change and turn to God, which will bring them his forgiveness.(the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ) You must start from Jerusalem and tell this message in my name to the people of all nations. Remember that I will send you the one my Father promised. Stay in the city until you are given that power from heaven.” - Luke 24 vs 45 - 49
Any addition to that which Jesus Christ explicitly instructed of His followers is not of Him but of opinions of men. undecided

Why are you having a hard time with this? undecided

It's not about Christians but the way life works.
We have one life but different religious beliefs - theists, atheists and others.
When you zoom in on atheists, you see different sects, the more you zoom in, the more it goes on.
When you also zoom in on theists, you see different sects with their different definition of God.
When you pick one of them for example those claiming Abrahamic God, you still see different sects.
Judaism, Islam, Christianity and others all said they're worshiping God of Abraham.
When you pick each of these, you still see them divided into further sects each claiming different or variant doctrines. It goes on.
That is life.

In all these, there exists the truth in the midst of lies, fact in the midst of opinions and the right answer in the midst of speculations.
So if others don't contradict themselves to the extent of calling out one another but agreed that it's OK to have diverse opinions why are you calling out someone who also believes in the same thing you believe simply because of diversity?

You can't say you welcome diversity yet calling out someone simply because he has a diverse opinion! huh

■ Seems you're making a whole lot of sense here. Only the red letter verses of the four Gospels should have been in the NT. We throw out the remaining 23 books out of the NT. And we trim down the remaining 4 Gospels to only the red letter parts. All the billions of Christian contents all over life throughout the ages are invalid, words of men, not from Jesus. Jesus told to teach and obey only that which he taught. I see. You're a genius. I really wish I had the time to school this clown.
Responded like a true adherent of the religion of Christianity. 😁😁😁😁😁😁

Jesus Christ condemned religion beginning with the very religious leaders of His own time, along with their many religious contents— doctrines and traditions of men— which Jesus Christ pointed out were all nothing but lies designed to deceive and delude many away from the very Truth of God - Matthew 15 vs 1 - 14 & Mark 7 vs 1 - 13. Yes, Jesus Christ condemned the religion of Judaism, the very same religion that Christianity is famously modeled after. So, no wonder you insist that your religion(its many doctrines and traditions) must remain shoved into the mouth of Jesus Christ same as the Pharisees before you also shoved their ideas into the mouth of God. undecided
