The truth is that payment of tithe and offering is not the sole prerequisite for divine blessing. The gap here is that some pastors don't teach their members that God is not interested in donations of those who have not surrendered to Christ. Anyone who will benefit from blessing attached to tithe and offering payment must be a doer of will of God (born-again). This is the basic truth and the reason why most people don't get results after paying tithe and offering. We can't live in sin and hope the grace abound. If prayer of a sinner is abomination to God how much more his money? I am also not a saint but striving daily to do His will.

Until world comes to an end, people won't stop to pay tithe and it will only work for those who are born again. Church goers who are living in sin are just increasing the purse of church they pay money to and complain it doesn't work.
