So basically he has the people but he doesn't yet have RISIEC, he doesn't yet have the police, and he doesn't yet have the thugs.

And since like I said, "Votes don't count", then he would be foolish to conduct LGA elections now.

The last paragraph of the article is misleading! For us, true Rivers people, Amaechi is popular because of his people oriented projects that positively impacted on the lives of Rivers people everywhere. Majority still hold the opinion that Amaechi is the best governor Rivers State had since return to democracy in 1999!
