when you work in such organizations, no day is the same, new challenges, targets, transfers, and change in business landscape. I planned to spend 3 years in Finance and before I could open my eyes I had done five. I had to fly out.

I've also not stayed more than 3 years in any company. I barely lack the patience but I'm gradually approaching the point in my career where I see the need for consistency.

BTW, I noticed it is in Nigeria that we move very quickly. A lot of people that I've worked with in the past from other countries, do not really fancy frequent change of jobs.
