What's beancake doing on the list?

You see Akara and Moimoi ehn, I don't joke with both. I can dedicate a whole day to prepare both in the kitchen😁

I'm not a fan of the remainder most especially Suya, I can count the number of times I have consumed Suya in the last ten years.

Although I consume shawarma once in a while or when one of my female buddy pay me a visit because those ones don't joke with shawarma.

It has been a very long time I ate Sharwama, but when I ate one yesterday, I was like: I really miss you. Very tasty delicious!

You are a liar in Kilishi and suya.
You said nothing about the real junks like sugary foods, noodles and alcoholic/soda drinks.

That is one "secret" about healthy eating that most people don't know.
Another one is, give enough time in-between meals to allow your body burn out the previous food you ate.

And make sure you poo in the morning before beginning to consume again.

The only thing I consume on that list is akara, and puff puff (twice a month). The rest are all shitty stuff that I can't stand
