Does this apology give them immunity from service failure and financial crime ligation? Not just them, but all the Discos, despite not having ability nor intention to sustain, they indiscriminately transfer most users to band A , very greedy set of people!

This is sad and laughable!

They do this rubbish every day,

Check there X feeds,

They are always apologising daily

What happens to the units brought at exorbitant rates while there was downtime,

Would the apologies fix it

If they know they would continue to break down,

Let them do it as use monthly and calculated what was used and let customers pay,.
Not all this scam you collect money before hand and you can't deliver
