the governor said he can’t even make a decision in the state without wike’s approval . Imagine telling your commissioners to do something and they tell the governor they are waiting for wike to consider it before they get it done . Are you joking ? Budget that Amaechi revealed transparently every single year. Wike treated a whole state budget like some sort of classified document. No one knows the true cost of projects in the state.
