This is a private investment. Besides Tinubu once Said even if he puts a goat as governor of lagos state he will perform well lol. Sanwo is largely overhyped with good PR.

That's why I love Yoruba. You will never see them making noise like our fake and mouthed neighbours. How many times have u seen Adenuga in the news despite being the second richest man in Nigeria. Anytime I see them proclaiming the develop Lagos, I just laugh. Let them go and put the same energy they used in developing Lagos in Anambra.

Imagine this magnitude of a project at a cost of 6b and landmark beach owner said is own worth 200m dollars, that is about 300b with exchange of 1500 to a dollar. One guy even here was saying same thing recently on this platform. Igbos like to over hype their things too much. If you know landmark beach you will no that is not worth close to a billion naira. Roads have already been constructed in that swampy area by Ashimolowo. One thing I love about mostly Yorubas, they don't make noise but their achievement will speak for them. The white man has probably traveled far and wide and for him to talk more of the project, speak volume for it. If you live in island in Lagos, you will know that Yorubas have most of the beautiful edifices. Very high rise buildings and huge investment. The oni of ife and his elder brother are big players in real estate in island for many years now. They developed many houses in lekki corridors.

It's funny how one government will unveil a project and another government will come tomorrow to say it's not approved or properly sighted.

If I had 6 billion naira, I'll set up a very low interest to no-intrest fund to help the poor.

That wud make me so happy than this.

I cud buy plota of lands and employ farmers, pay them very well, and help the country.

You would think there are no bigger amusement centres than Landmark in lagos, since it has the loudest noise. In fact, the emotive wife of Moghalu, who could leave Lagos all her life, had the temerity to be part of the calumny against the state. It took Dave Umahi trashing the situation before they calm down.
