Says who? Any governor can just wake up and Sack a constitutionally installee king, without any allegations. Making the act looking chidish. Even if they were to revert to intitial, he Bayero is the only recognized king . The court will likely favor him.

Sanusi had no backing both from the federal and state but Bayero has the backing of APC and the federal government

A Federal high court ruled against the banishment of Sanusi from Kano by Ganduje, to the extent of awarding compensations. Not defending Ado Bayero, but you have to understand that there is a judicial precedent which makes it impracticable.

The governor should have banished the renegade Emir, just like Ganduje did to Sanusi.

That way, he loses all capacity for trouble.
