I hope you know cooking is divided into different methods:

Boiling

Frying (shallow or deep)

Baking

Steaming

Roasting

Griliing


It's just that most of us think when cooking is being mentioned, we equate it to just boiling alone.

They are some microorganisms that can withstand high temperature, no matter the cooking methods used.

Mycotoxins aren't something to be joked with.

So once again read up!

My baby made mistake one day but broken tomatoes use am cook, omo, I para oo , serious para.. they call it esha here.. what goes into my stomach i dont joke with it

Dokita Biko zukwaike. Even tomatoes are hard to come by these days. Thank God for cucumber , a very good alternative to fresh tomatoes. Makes your stew very delicious. I just finished making my water leaf/ curry leaves cucumber stew. Very very delicious
