That state Capital is competing with FCT in terms of internal road networks and critical projects(State owned) What are the critical infrastructures? World-Class Specialists Hospital, Industrial park, International Conference Center, Dandin-Kowa Dam for effective Tap water delivery to various areas within the State. That state was ranked the best state with Ease of Doing Business (EDB) and all of these feats were achieved with proper utilization of their “NOT SO BIG IGR” . I’ve always advocated that States should look like their Internally Generated Revenue. You do not know this because most states in that North just commission ‘Critical Projects’ with media attention. I am not from that state but schooled there in the early 2000s (Sec School) and went back to work for 2 years before I was reposted back to Abuja this year.
Lagos is not looking like what it should really be with the ‘FAT’ IGR and Monthly FAAC allocations..

Oyo is not even performing better than Kano State.
