My Uncle wants to build a 5-bedroom bungalow in the village. We met an engineer yesterday and told my uncle to budget 35 million naira. I wish to ask the experienced engineers in the house or anyone that has built a house recently; how much can build a 5-bedroom bungalow considering the current cost of materials? The land is readily available. Thanks in advance. |

The cost is subject to the building design and finishing taste. You should look at 25 - 35 million. I did a roofing recently for a building sitting on a 100ft by 50ft plot Woodwork took 2.1million Aluminum Sheet (0.45) took 4.4million |
