He is not staff or an employee of the any of the councils in Rivers state but have been recruited to move from LGA to LGA to unleash crisis in the area.
Today, he is boasting of taking over Obio/Akpor Local Government council @PoliceNG @HQNigerianArmy @OfficialDSSNG @NGRPresident @officialABAT
