That's a big lie. He can only be affected if he only deals in local currency which I doubt. He is not called a billionaire for nothing. And most billionaire has foreign accounts. We believe pages of websites more than facts. Although I have not stated any facts here, it's not hard to know.

His wealth is obviously in the country predominantlyz every rich person has foreign accounts but Dangote like the other elite will hold their wealth predominantly in the country they reside which means that as naira devalues, they become poorer not richer.

Nope, there are politicians & others richer than Dangote in Nigeria. But they are not on Forbes because their embezzlement corrupt source of wealth is not clean , so investigation, audit and scrutiny is avoided at all costs on such illegally gotten looted wealth that cannot be explained. The aim is to keep it hidden, offshore & undetected .

Such monies is converted to dollars and secretly stashed in GP tanks, bullion vans, house underground facilities, pandora accounts in tax safe havens where it can take decades to trace, and offshore shell 🐚 companies abroad in Switzerland, etc No wonder Abacha died decades ago, but generations later, from his grave, he is still sending monies back to nigeria treasury from looted wealth gradually uncovered abroad . That na the one dem don fit discover unearth out of several hidden loots still being uncovered decades later.

People overestimate how much money there is to loot in Nigeria. The government in Nigeria’s budget is $34 billion. There are cities and even companies out there with a higher budget than Nigeria 😂
