How else do you expect him to get back the money he lost due to devaluation? lipsrsealed

Lol..

Well, he's still richer than everyone's father in Nigeria. tongue
Nope, there are politicians & others richer than Dangote in Nigeria. But they are not on Forbes because their embezzlement corrupt source of wealth is not clean , so investigation, audit and scrutiny is avoided at all costs on such illegally gotten looted wealth that cannot be explained. The aim is to keep it hidden, offshore & undetected .

Such monies is converted to dollars and secretly stashed in GP tanks, bullion vans, house underground facilities, pandora accounts in tax safe havens where it can take decades to trace, and offshore shell 🐚 companies abroad in Switzerland, etc No wonder Abacha died decades ago, but generations later, from his grave, he is still sending monies back to nigeria treasury from looted wealth gradually uncovered abroad . That na the one dem don fit discover unearth out of several hidden loots still being uncovered decades later.

..... Lols , the son of a Nigerian politician once said, that even if federal government seizes all their father's loot & visible properties in Nigeria, they will not still be as poor as Dangote cool cool grin if yoy know you know cool

Wealthy people handle funds like checkers. It is not a chess game for them because recuperation won’t be easy. The same way I can easily be scammed out of twenty thousand Naira and make it back from an impulsive bet is how they lose and gain back millions if not billions.

This is not news. He’ll bounce back with four times of a profit.

I love you no homo! You just said the truth bro

The defense of naira meant $7b was added artificially to his net wealth in the past. Let's stop interpreting this like a punishment. It is just stoppage of privilege.
And it is also stopping the privileges for the poor. Everyone became poorer both the rich and the poor.
Businesses became less competitive. Manufacturers went out of business.
It became harder to higher foreign talent.
Every Nigerian lost their privileges

Na wa o. Nobody will say he was spared from this hardship. The funny thing is that there is no hope in sight.

The African leaders don't realize that the IMF and world bank according to what I saw in a viral video is fully committed to making African currency to be very weak so that raw materials from Africa will be very cheap. So keeping Africa poor is the solution to making the Western world prosperous.

There's no way we will be rich with all this everlasting devaluation. $3 billiin just like that simply due to weaker naira... And they're saying we dont have industries. When this thing is making most to be making losses every year. Companies are folding up and leaving because of the weak naira to dollar ratio

His cement should be banned if he tries increasing the prices. He's a greedy fellow. He gets 85% of his raw materials cheap from Nigeria, yet keeps making life difficult for Nigerians to just to stay among richest people in the world. If not for massive special support of Nigerian government to Dangote company over the years, he wouldn't have been the richest man in Nigeria not to talk of Africa or be in Forbes' lists...

N4,500 skyrocketed to N13,000 yet he lost huge money to Naira devaluation.Dangote himself should be a real businessman and steer clear of playing politics with his business. His refinery that supposed to have started operating since 2022 how long it did take him to start?

How did he amass so much wealth in the first place, the man is playing on the intelligence of common Nigerians, making 300% profit on his commodities. 10% profit is still enough to make him a billionaire, his greed for money won't allow him reason this way

You mean "exist*?
Whether I exist or not is immaterial.
A lot of factors, both cosmic and otherwise, needs to align before you'll be able to fulfill your lofty dreams of being wealthier than Elon Musk. Currently, the odds are massively stacked up against you.

Once again, I'm just being realistic 😁

What a country? The monopoly is too much, and govt backing is unacceptable. The silent co- owners of Dangote businesses in govt perpetrating this monster monopoly should be identified and handled accordingly.
Other competitors in the cement business including Ibeto and Bua are ready to bring the price down (very low) without compromising quality and quantity yet one man's interest is overriding. What a country, what a system?
