Energy giving food goes in first
Followed by protein.
If you eat meat or protein first, the food will disappear in your tummy or will not reflect in your belly-register

So it is advisable to consume carbohydrate that will sit heavy in your "belly-register" , then top it up with meat

It's evidence to show we have been programmed... The same way in the 70s and 80s, rice or pounded yam was reserved for Sundays ... We don't know why we did it but ... We just did ..


Same way we have been programmed to accept anything the government does to the people ... People earning 30million permoth are comfortable giving others 30k per month ... And the irony is the 30k per month earner is probably doing more work than that overheated, over hyped , space takers cluelessly occupying lofty positions with nothing to offer .... In perpetuity.

Upbringing basically. Our parents made it a rule to eat meat after the meal.

The ability to control your appetite for the meat until after meal will help you later in life as you will always be patient for the best is yet to come

I use to think about it as well but that na before 2023 election..I’m sure u get it.

Not me. I eat meats in-between meals because I like to have the best when I'm still very hungry. I don't eat too much so the little I eat, I like to eat the best in my plate and remain the worst as left over.

Depends on how many pieces of animal in the meal. You eat according to how you want to. Las las all the food will digest same time

I think it depends on the amount of protein available. If its just say 1 or 2 you'd have been programmed to wait to eat after the main meal. But if its plenty you eat the protein as you eat the main food.

I don't eat my meat after eating my meal. I munch it during the course of eating because it gives me more satisfaction.
