Like I said, it's for entry level staffs (I.e., core staffs) and not contract staffs. Although, there are staffs who get converted after some years working as a contract staff, and still work as Teller and Customer service. You can only get in as a core staff through their graduate trainee programs

These are salaries of Uni graduates that underwent GT(Graduate Trainee) program, so yea, they are entry level salary not managers

This is true though , I remembered when I entered uba during my ET days , I earned 376k + that cost of living money .

For sales contract staff, it's about 200k. You can be converted if you perform well.
