It is the job of Fire service(in this case LASEMA) to investigate and determine if it’s just a fire accidental in nature , if it is fire as a result of negligence or if it was a case of arson .

Once they rule out negligence and arson, then there will be no need for security agents like police to be involved . U know if it’s arson involving a third party deliberately setting the church on fire , such person needs to be arrested .

LASEMA already said investigations are underway and they will provide further updates as soon as they have them.
