Carry eboyin money Share over 50m each to 300 students that 90% will never come back to this country...
I am a travel agent so I know what it cost to go to the UK...
He should have given 1m to 15,000 small businesses from farming to manufacturing to different things in eboyin and watch eboyin prosper in the next 3-5yrs...

That 15B is gone a waste... No sane person will go to the UK on scholarship and come back...
