The singular action of your beloved president in holding an employee of a company hostage *is causing a lot of backlashes for the country right now, it has sent shock wave across the investor's community and believe you me more multinationals are making preparation to exit this shithole country. and which company that will not want to leave, i mean which investors will remain in a place where there is no law or there is a law and it is not obeyed, thanks to the rascality that has plagued the entire justice system.
Today a judge will give an order and same day another will counter it, judgement and arrest order are just been bought like akara on the street. You are misusing the world, it only applies to employee of company working for the company and any action taken by that employee the company is vicariously liable and not the other way round. because employee take decision for company and company doesn't take decision that will be binding on the employee. The employees do not share profit from the company only the owner and shareholders are liable.
