Emuhu in Delta State is wasting.

You people are going to buy land in a place where you will be killed and frustrated.

A place where they forget they are blacks like you but cry foul when White man spits on them in America.

Go to emuhu, osisioma, ubulokiti etc and buy yourself a land go God sakes
Who is this frustrated and delusional loser? We all read in the news today where buildings were demolished in Delta State.
IPOB terrorists that are killing your brothers everyday is not your concern?
But you love the victim mentality and inferiority complex in order to score cheap political points and paint your masters the great Yorubas as anti-igbo, when in actual fact many Yorubas are affected.

Tokunbo wahab is doing a great job but it is reactive not proactive.
This is why people are angry with the government, you don't wait untill the person finish spending millions before coming for demolition. The community leaders that sell such places should be arrested and prosecute.

If the government goes after the land sellers, this kind of stuff will not happen.

Victim cards specialists will soon turn this yard into a tribal warfare center.
Anyone wey go cry victim should cry victim ooo.
There are two streets away from our house, everyone building there maintained proper setback, so called victim cards came and refused to maintain setback, they built shops on it, some bq, then encroach the road and build extensions for shops on the road, now 2vehicles can't drive side by side again on the road, I took note of all the houses that did this and it's so called victim cards carrier.
There is even one directly opposite my shop, he is building a decked shop on the road, not set back oo.
If tomorrow govt come and start demolishing, they will start claiming that they are targeted.
I wish govt wont come early enough

Good workrate from the commissioner so far. Anyone to turn around the sanity, civility and conducts of hotheaded people like the Lagosians for good wouldn't mind to be so unpopular to get the job done. There will always be critics but never mind their noise. The LAGOS of our dream must be achieved whether haters like or loathe.

GOD BLESS LAGOS STATE

In as much as it's a good development, i really feel for the people who are served the notice, seriously the only way to avoid all this pain and loss is for government to find a way to stop those guys from selling those lands, until that is done, we all are not safe cos u as a tenant or landlord is probably sitting on an illegal site without knowing. O boi 14 days notice is way too short for people to sort themselves out sha

I love that name "senseless developers". Left for me Lagos should ban the foools from even building at all. Foools they are and foools 5hey remain. They have Owerri, Enugu, Asaba and Port Harcourt to develop they are foooling themselves in Lagos.

Tokunbo wahab is doing a great job but sadly it is reactive not proactive costing citizens alot of losses running into millions.

Until we address how these illegal structures came to be with or without permission or titles as it where we are walking backwards not forward. Government should prevent wastage of resources by not just government but its citizens many who are innocent or unaware in all of this.

Government Must be proactive for forestall financial wastage and destruction of properties then citizens can really praise them for a job well done.
