Anabin database is not exhaustive enough and you might not find your degree type in their database even though you find your university.
This was my case which was why I opted for the statement of comparability from ZAB.

You have to print out the two pages as proof of your recognition.
But be sure you are following the actual instructions here, there are a lot of conflicting instructions.

I understand perfectly.
I want to be sincere here, you are expected to work in your area of specialty as per your degree.
But if you get in and you are able to convince your potential employer with your experience in a field different from what you studied at the university and subsequently get employed. I think no one is going to stop you from changing your visa status.
Plus, the opportunity card can be extended to another two years.
So try and get in first.

You can apply for it, it costs 208 euros and takes about 3 months to be completed.

Please bro can I apply for the opportunity card while I compile my necessary documents and also the waiting list people are being placed on is exactly for how long? Would it meet up with the 3 months for the credentials evaluation process?

What I mean is that would you advise I apply for the opportunity card first or get all my documents first before applying?
