I was invited for an interview for the role of electrician in FMN, iganmu. I have passed the first stage (written test) and second stage (practical test). What should I expect in the interview stage? Your input and experience would be much appreciated. Thanks in Anticipation.

It's just the identification of electrical components, Wat is it used for etc

I have done that in the second stage which was the practical test.
This stage is the third stage which is the oral interview but I don't know what to expect.

I'm looking forward to hearing from them again. After the first level oral interview, we were called for second level oral interview again and the same set of people that did the first Oral interview were also called for the second level interview.
We were eight in total and I believe the next stage should be medical for those that scale through.

Most time, the mail for the next stage usually drop two weeks after the present stage.
I'm being optimistic as I await the next mail.

Please I would like to ask if FMN usually interview every applicant that did the physical test or they just select those who passed the test for interview.

Yes, every successful applicants that passed the written test will be shortlisted and invited for oral interview. During my own time, after passing the first oral interview, I was invited again for second level oral interview with the white man.

As for the duration they give before inviting one for interview, I don't really know about that. All I just did was that I kept checking my mail for any info from them.

The second interview was with a white man. He is the overall maintenance manager for both Mechanical and Electrical.

it was quite interactive. I was anxious at first l, but later got the confidence to face the panel as the exercise goes on. The panel comprises Line managers, Electrical manager, Mechanical manager and HR .
