I was sick for some couple of days. However,this sickness made me loose so much weight. Now that I feel okay, how do I quick add weight?

I hate it when I go out and everyone is asking me, what happened that I lost weight

First of all, be thankful that you recovered from the illness then eat what is available and be patient as you regain weight normally....no go listen to advice on nairaland before you go out yourself for trouble....

But I thought there are healthy ways to add weight? I am naturally not skinny. Presently, I had to add another hole to my belt to enable it hold me. It's embarrassing to me.

dnt take my advice in a wrong wr,,,some humans wil nt gv u gud advice,instead insult or d might advice u to take somethng dat isnt gud fr ur health,,,so jst eat well,ur bdy wil gradually fit back ok
