What you described can't happen though. Elections at the state level are not organized by the President.

I don't pick words and stick to one aspect of it. Mandate encompasses alot of things. If it's not done then there was no mandate. By the way the people never actually choose a leader.

Are you sure you have taken time to read through the Constitution to understand exactly how INEC gets its funds for the elections?

INEC is not RISIEC which is instead recognized as a sub constituted at the state level in charge of elections of local government councils in River's state. INEC has its laws and powers defined separately from that of the Federal even though the funds for INEC come directly from the Federal as is the case for the entire government. Can you say the same about RISIEC?

Can you show where you get this from the Constitution? Why didn't the Ex-LG councilors simply use this to fight the governor directly,of course with the understanding that they foo are required to respect the same Constitution?

...meaning the power is or was available by way of the state law which I still can't locate for reasons behind me. It seems the dubious lawmakers attempted who lost their seats because they switched parties tried to pull a fast one on the governor but failed.
