President Muhammadu Buhari has said whenever he hears the abbreviation “PDP”, what comes to mind is “failure”.

He said this during a special interview with Channels TV on Thursday.

One of the interviewers, Maupe Ogun, told the President “all we are going to ask you to do is that for these last words tell us what comes to mind, maybe in one sentence or two”.

Responding, the president said; “I wish when they go to school, when they work hard, when they have a degree, they don’t do it thinking government must give them a job”.

“You get educated because an educated person is certainly better than an uneducated one. Even in identifying personal problems.

“So, education is not just to hang on to government to give you job. And what the colonials indoctrinated on, to have a car, to have a house, and to start work at 8 O’Clock and close at 2 O’Clock”.

The second interviewer, Seun Okinbaloye, in a follow-up asked, “Another word, another phrase is PDP, what comes to mind?”

Without mincing words, the president in a terse response said; “PDP! Failure!”.

The Nigerian system has been so bastardized that what people call success is failure, for example a man was employed to be the MD of the biggest bank in Nigeria, he has 4 years tenure which is renewable only once, his first 4 years the bank lost a lot of profit, lost customers, shut down some branches, owed salaries and so on, but on the other hand, the MD and some few directors with some staff members in the MD's click were buying houses, cars, marrying wives and going for vacations abroad.

After 4 years he was able to lobby himself again with the help of his clicks and director friends to retain his position stayed for another 4 years with the same conditions getting worse even started borrowing to keep the bank afloat, he managed to stay 4 years and then brings a candidate to install as MD which he achieves and the cycle continues

Question: Was the MD a success or a failure?

That is the case of Nigeria, Every leader from 1960 who has held a leadership position and left the situation of the country worse than he met it is a failure, regardless of what he has achieved personally from that position, so both PDP and APC are both failures

You appointed as minister are failures?

For your info under pdp life was easier
20k was a salary and people survived on it
Under your administration someone earning 100k is a pauper

And many things that the common man ate are now meant for super rich people
Even forgot they sold chicken for 15k under your nice successful leadership

Infrastructures - done

Building international relationship -done

Increment of minimum wage and that of corpers who come here to cause government day and night and later collect their alaweee to sort out need - done

Armouring and sponsoring the military heavily - done

Clearing fuel scarcity during Christmas and new yr - done.


But hey, people only look @ the compromised security by the nation big wigs (I know call name)

Buhari governor is flawed but trust me, he did try his best.

Same PDP that elrufai, was minister, amechi governor for eight years? Akpabio, kwakwanso, I think even the current senate president was in PDP, if PDP should win next year election More than half of those in APC today wlll jump ship. APC, PDP one and same.


All Nigeria politicians are failure.
At to me APC failed more.
There promised change and we have nagetive change.
