Where was south east people when psquare collected money from Apc to perform for Buhari election in 2015 against Jonathan. Politically and even socially south south alignment with south west is higher than that of south east. Don't build alliance, keep hating. Since 1999, a south west enable us to have Senate president.

The SW is antagonistic towards SS and SE, and they have proven that several times, including their betrayal of a southern president in the person of GEJ.

Yorubas didn't massively support GEJ in 2011. In fact, he only got about 50% of Yoruba votes. If not for Igbos, GEJ would have lost in Lagos, and I believe GEJ even lost in one Yoruba state. Compare that to the support that GEJ in SE and SS states. GEJ got over 90% of the valid votes in all SE and SS state.

During GEJ's regime, he fought to install a SWner as the House of Reps speaker, but Yorubas teamed up with Fulanis to deny the Yoruba individual that seat in preference for a Fulani in the person of Tambuwal. You think reasonable people have forgotten.
So Yorubas denied themselves the opportunity to hold the fourth most powerful position in the country.

Two Yorubas headed the NIA and the Chief of Air staff was a Yoruba man.

You must learn to give people that opportunity to prove themselves. Mullikat was never given that opportunity to prove herself.

Yorubas only gave that opportunity to a certificate-forging Adeosun. Yorubas saw nothing wrong in Adeosun being appointed a minister. But Mullikat who probably didn't forge her certificate was definitely not wanted on that seat by Tinubu and his fellow certificate-forgers and ex-convicts.

And except for Edo State, most SS states are related or culturally linked with the SE. The SS/SE are one people, one region.

Anyway just as I wrote earlier on, SS and SE governors should be mindful of SW people. They are demolishing the properties of other southerners in Lagos on the one hand, and on the other hand, they are seeking cooperation so they can intimidate the north. We shouldn't be part of this charade.
