A friend gave me one seed of wonderful kola last night.
I have never come across it before.
Never uses it before.
Never eaten before.
What should I do with it?
Any info?

I really want to make use of it

He is not a close friend. He just shared it to 4 of us that were there with him. We were all drinking at that time.

Wonderful kola scientifically knwn as Bucholzia coriezea.

Has anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetics, reduce oxidative stress by supplying the required glutathione and used in the treatment of Acetamophine induced hepato-renal toxicity.

Freshly procure B. corieza can be use by drying, crush into fine granules and mix with pap or starchy food nutrient.
