So let them prove he raped the girl instead of chaining him like an animal for over a year. No formal report, no investigation, no evidence, nothing. That's inhuman and the very height of injustice.

If they can prove he committed the crime, then by all means justice must be served, but until then chaining and detaining him like this is cruel and unusual punishment
