In cases like this, you bug the love-vendor, have his household on house arrest and release him back to infiltrate the bandits ranks and let him know if he spill, he should kiss his family bye bye, he will have no option than to do your bidding, which is to extract vital information on their logistics, numbers, locations etc

There is absolutely no sense in this to be honest, and that's why the war against terrorism seems to be stalled

Last time it was an alhaja gunrunner that was arrested, 2 seconds her pictures were already plastered all over the media, instead of using her to get access to them bandits
