Every State in Nigeria has one and in that is the law by which the State Governor came about this idea of an LG Caretaker. Seeing it and comparing that contained to that in the National Constitution is what I am saying needs to happen here.

▶ State Constitution is same thing as State Law
▶ Section 7 & Section 8 in the National Constitution make fluid of the term guaranteed used; so it makes sense to examine the provisions made at the state Law to determine if, in fact, the State Constitution violates the National Constitution in this case.

If you are unable to provide the State Constitution to show that it is in fact against the National Constitution, you are wasting our time here.

I don't have the time to school you on constitutional law, especially as you are so stubborn about what you lack knowledge of. In Nigeria, the constitution is the foundation for every other law.
