Most rapists are convicted without video evidence. Video evidence is helpful ... but not necessary. If she had suspicions she should have never left him alone with her in the house for whatever reason let alone for proof and she did not intervene. If you know your neighbour's son is a suspected pedophile ... would you leave your daughter in the house alone with him? If she is raped are you in any way responsible?
