Too small. I thought the figure would be in the millions.


We need at least 100million Nigerians to migrate legitimately abroad (25million in US, 5million in Canada, 6million in Australia, 1million in New Zealand, 4million in UK, 40million in Europe, 10million in Asia, 2million in rich Arab countries) to sustain Nigeria if not things will get worst with time because the kind of politics played in Nigeria can never allow reasonable Nigerians with good intentions for all Nigerians to emerge President of Nigeria

Even some United States and United Kingdom citizens have acquired Canadian citizenship for extra layers of security. Way higher than the number of Nigerians who have adopted Canadian citizenship. You have to spread your risks across multiple jurisdictions.

My former Neighbour is an American woman who lived in the UK for 26 years but still has her American passport the British home office started to writting her from when she lived in the UK for 10 years telling her that she is eligible for a british citizenship, that she should apply for an automatic approval but yet she refuses to apply for British citizenship or passport even her daughter born in London took on an American passport/citizenship even though she is eligible for a UK citizenship. I know, co's she told me.
whereas Africans or Naigerians goes to church to give thanks to their so called Jesus for obtaining American/UK or Canadian citizenship
