You're talking from a lack of understanding of the scriptures. There's no group anywhere endorsed by God as a separate group for believers to converge under. The principle of fellowship rests on the promise Jesus Christ made: "Wherever two or more are gathered together in my name, there in their midst I am." I can fellowship with any believer anywhere in the world as long as he believes that Christ died for our sins, resurrected for our salvation and is coming back to take us home. If the person believes in another Jesus which is not the Jesus of the Bible, then we cannot fellowship together. The basis of Christian unity is that we believe in one God, one Lord, one Saviour and one Holy Spirit. Doctrines don't separate us. The same way different political, historical, scientific or paternal views among children of the same father don't separate the children. No matter what the children believe, they still love one another as the children of one man. Except any of them believes in a different father.

Well in our language the word "SLEEP" means death until resurrection as the dead person is unconscious until he is awaken from sleep {John 11:11-14} so when Paul said all BORN AGAIN will not SLEEP he is talking about the time when Jesus has started ruling in heaven at that time any BORN AGAIN Christian will no longer remain unconscious in death rather they will be transformed immediately at their last breath.
That's what he meant all BORN AGAIN Christians must drop the flesh and blood they carry about now which is their fleshy bodies and that's when they die!

Leaders should teach but they cannot claim any monopoly of Revelation. Revelation is children's food. Every child partakes of it for spiritual growth. Every child of God has access to the deep things of God through the Holy Spirit of God in us.
