The two actions can go in hand with each other without the need to condemn one for another.

It's one thing to get a borehole or technology for water. It's another thing to pray, among other thing, to have an unlimited and beneficial rain/water.

i have gone through the article - and i hope it is not more than the usual - we plan to we have signed mou , etc.

the man has been in office for up to a year now. drought in katsina is a recurring decimal. it did not start today

hopefully in a few months we will see actual pictures of these projects

the best i can say is the government understands its populace.

I posted a link showing a religious country that has far gone into cloud seeding to solve its water shortage issues as at 2022/2023.

U posted a governor that is still meeting and planning to buy few pumping machine they will use to embezzle money and then cut ribbon when commissioning .

Make dem keep praying and give press men money to write more articles like the one u posted jare

in the west, they literally track and predict the arrival of cyclones , hurricanes, typhoons and they issue evacuation notices accordingly

i can only imagine what we would be doing if the north was at risk of hurricanes.

One can use all technologies in the whole universe and still fell below the expected harvest or rain.

I'm not saying technology can't help but relying solely on technology while neglecting your faith can results in disaster spiritually and technologically.
