I've not seen or heard of any governor or an ex governor who built disgraceful structures like rochas, he went out of his way to make sure everything he constructed in Imo was sub-standard, from buildings to flyovers, bridges, even his own village house, etc... he is from my zone,(Orlu zOne) so I know, I would have said may people like him not happen to us again, but unfortunately the current people at the helm of affairs at the state and federal levels r worse and a disgrace to the expected standards, with exceptions to Abia, Oti is doing well....
