Kagame is not more visionary than Tinubu. He was a military that became president with all powers. Tinubu was a civilian gov of a state in Nigeria without military powers. He cannot decree laws same way as Kagame did to bring about change. I know you would believe what you want , so continue venting. Common sense shows that the two are not in the same circumstance.

How many people are you looking to push to the farm? Which developed economy all over the world have majority of its populace farming? What about the insecurity in the farmlands?
