No constitution demanded his release. Stop spreading fake news.

His case is still in court. People with lesser crimes that is not even treasonous have spent more time in detention till the case goes through the judiciary process.

He was first arrested in 2015 on treason and terrorism charges. While out on bail, Kanu fled the country.

He has already been arrested and detained for a few years now. Perhaps, you have not been reading the news.

It has been 3 years since his second arrest in 2021 and if you read through the 2015 Administration of Criminal Justice Act, you are bound to find that the case is not going according to prescribed in your very constitution.
