Good morning. You're not making any sense with what you just wrote. He admitted that he assaulted her, I believe he is currently being investigated for the alleged crime. However, no arrest has been made. That's what his Legal representative is trying to shed light on.

Married couples are one in Civil cases. When it comes to offenses that borders on domestic violence, the wife can be used as a witness by prosecution against the husband in the court of Law.
