Nonsense! How can they hold someone without charge or bail? Nigeria as it is has no democracy and respect to the rule of law. If they have good lawyers, they should sue DSS and claim billions of naira.

Grow a brain! Courts invite members of the public to attend hearings for good reason so that democracy is carried out no matter the case. The boy exercised his right by law and was illegally detained. Your Constitution says that he and everyone else illegally detained deserve a public apology as well as compensation for their many troubles.

▢ Every person shall be entitled to his personal liberty and no person shall be deprived of such liberty save in the following cases and in accordance with a procedure permitted by law -
▶ in execution of the sentence or order of a court in respect of a criminal offence of which he has been found guilty;
▶ by reason of his failure to comply with the order of a court or in order to secure the fulfilment of any obligation imposed upon him by law;
▶ for the purpose of bringing him before a court in execution of the order of a court or upon reasonable suspicion of his having committed a criminal offence, or to such extent as may be reasonably necessary to prevent his committing a criminal offence;

From the write up,you can easily understand where his sympathies lie. He is an enabler of terrorism as well as a terrorist sympathiser. He deserves what he got. These are the people who regularly go to court to torment trouble and recruit IPOB new intakes.
